Lisandra Rickards is currently the CEO at Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship – Caribbean. She helps others prosper by accessing the funding and the markets they need to scale. She acts as a conduit to that prosperity for high-potential companies and projects that have traditionally found it challenging to break through barriers to scale because of a lack of appreciation, understanding, and support for their talents in their home markets, particularly in emerging markets.

Specifically, she has created funding programmes in multiple categories – including equity investing, crowdfunding, lending, and grants – and have worked both on the funding side, and as an advocate for those seeking funding. As a result, she has earned the trust of the constituents of the process by developing an expertise in its mechanics.

She received an MBA with Honors from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and Student Marshal.
