First Rock Group says it has acquired a majority stake in Deborah Cumming’s company, Heave Ho Properties Limited, the local franchise holder for real estate brokerage Century 21.

The acquisition of the business was done through First Rock Century Holdings Limited. But the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Cumming will remain as CEO of the brokerage, while Jordan Chin will chair the company. Ryan Reid, Michael Banbury, Rohan Grant and Sean Shelton have also joined the board.

Century 21 Heave Ho Properties has over 50 agents, working from its Kingston and Montego Bay offices. The business was founded by Cumming in 1998.
